Before people judge me, and call me a “wanna-be”, a “Pactard”, fake (which I hate the most), etc.. let me give you an insight of myself, Allan Rivera Manuel.
On October 19, 1984, Allan Rivera Manuel, was born in Houston, TX (I went third person on YA’LL, lol). In the Philippines, my dad is from Guimba, Nueva Ecija and my mom is from Paete, Laguna. Growing up with 4 older brothers was like a boxing match every day.
Now let’s fast-forward to the Pacquiao-Margarito fight in Dallas, TX. Outside of the Cowboys Stadium, we had a big Team Pacquiao South tailgate party going on. We had that whole parking lot going Planters (NUTS). We had food, drinks, live DJs, girls, and ….Manny Pacquiao? I was taking pictures with EVERYONE, doing interviews, etc.. and basically making people happy. And that’s where it all took off from there. I started my own Youtube channel/ Twitter (@ManuelPacquiao), my personal website (www.AllanManuel.com), meeting Manny Pacquiao, etc.
Along my journey, I met so many GOOD people. Shout out to Dennis dSource Guillermo for opening a new platform for me to share my story and adventures, and putting me on this blog game.
And I also met some “HATERS” as well. People judging me just because I wake up looking like Manny Pacquiao does NOT mean I go around claiming I’m Manny Pacquiao.
I look at it like this: If I can make people happy by just taking pictures, that right there makes my day knowing I made someone smile.
