I haven’t written in to you yet but after reading this, I felt compelled. Please provide with some definitive things you’ve seen from Floyd Mayweather that makes you think he’s not sincere in his offer to fight Manny Pacquiao on May 5th. I understand previous times but this time, Floyd wants the fight and I base that on things he’s willing to do. Golden Boy Promotions clearly laid out to boxing writer Dan Rafael the other the conditions that Pacquiao’s promoter, Bob Arum agreed to and Floyd has said he doesn’t want to talk about fighting anyone else unless Pac officially turns him down. To me the only one ducking here is Arum/Manny and to let Manny off the hook to me is disingenuous. Manny is a Man, his trainer Freddy Roach is a Man, if they want the fight then..Publicly state it. Simple Statement: we want to fight Mayweather and Mayweather only next. State that your injuries are healed and you can fight in May. Arum flat out lied…He publicly stated that Pac could and would fight in May when he thought Floyd was going to jail and as soon as he was able to obtain the stay from the Judge to move his reporting date to June. Arum then states that Pac can’t fight in May but he could fight in June which would make no damn sense because if he was fighting in June he sure as hell would be training and sparring in May!! Complete garbage. Pac is the fighter and ultimately responsible for Arum’s actions….Put the blame on Pac( he pays Arum not the other way around). Previously there’s been plenty of blame to go around from both teams but this time the blame is on 1 team…Team Pac until further proof is shown. — Woody.. LA-NY
