Can you please tell me if the May/Pac fight is going to happen? I cannot find a definite ?yes? or ?no? anywhere. I want to be at that fight and I want to know as soon as tickets go on sale, But first I can?t tell if it?s even going to happen.

SCOOP REPLY: It?s not looking likely at all Chad. All the signals coming from the Floyd side are that they don?t want to fight Pacquiao, though they have faked interest here and there to make it look good and to cover up Floyd?s cowardice. I don?t like the signs lately that Floyd?s team denied nogotiations with Arum and when they say Arum is lying when he says he wants to make Pacquiao box Floyd next. Floyd wants the easy safe option for easy money ? and not sign a contract which could result in a KO loss on his ledger. That will destroy the leverage of Floyd and Haymon and they will be severely minimized as major players in the sport. Floyd and Haymon have major manufacturing plans for Floyd and they do not include Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto, Sergio Martinez, Paul Williams, Selcuk Aydin, or anybody else that can knock Floyd out. Also, expect Floyd?s jail stint which begins this week, to somehow be used advantageously by Team Mayweather to protect Floyd from Pacquiao. How so? He can say he needs two or three more tune-ups. And if that doesn?t work they can still blame Arum or demand Pac to drop the on-going defamation lawsuit (which don?t forget, Golden Boy settled because obviously they had a change of heart about trying to wreck Pacquiao?s good name without a shred of concrete evidence and a 100% perfectly clean drug test record by Pacquiao). ????????
Scoop, I thought about you because I was in Puerto Rico recently for a tennis camp and I had lunch with Hector Camacho and his mother! Sad Story! He lives in San Juan now! It was at a little diner down the street from the Ritz in san Juan- local spot that has great food- he and his mother had plantain eggs and bacon. he was wearing Michael Jackson stuff The Immortal MJ ? hat and shirt still good looking but sounded a little punch drunk smoking cigs and was very nice to my daughter Zoe! She pulled on his curl!!!! _George
