Hekkie Budler (19-1, 6KOs) of South Africa will defend his IBO minimumweight title against former IBF champion Florante Condes (25-6-1, 21KOs) at Emperor’s Palace in Kempton Park, South Africa. Condes returns from a June decision loss to Wanheng Menayothin in a bout for a WBC silver title. Budler only has one loss, a twelve round split decision to countryman Gideon Buthelezi in January 2011.
