While flash floods devastated Southern region of Philippines, congressman Manny Pacquiao made an announcement that created quite a storm around the boxing world. Turning thirty three years young today, pound for pound king of sweet science, Pacquiao sent the shockwaves throughout the boxing universe by stating that he would be willing to take less money in order to sign a contract to fight undefeated American super star Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Taking a page of what he learned during so far brief political career, congressman Manny Pacquiao decided to use a first rule of negotiations which is to compromise.
