But Christmas turned into Halloween, as a treat turned into a trick when negotiations for a fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao unraveled over drug testing.
Now, as we prepare for Christmas 2011, boxing fans are once again being teased.
Bob Arum, Manny Pacquiao?s promoter, has gone on record, stating that a bout with Floyd Mayweather is his top priority for the Filipino boxer.
As for ?Money? Mayweather, he as released a sensational video via boxing website FightHype.
The video, which can be seen here, shows Mayweather clearly calling out Pacquiao.
