8CN caught up with Jeff Mayweather and got his thoughts on the recent Manny Pacquiao fight. Mayweather also comments on the recent reports that Bob Arum shut the door on Team Mayweather’s attempts to negotiate a fight between Floyd and Manny. Jeff breaks it all down for us, and explains why he thinks this fight isn’t happening.
Mayweather also shares with the readers why he thought JMM defeated Pacquiao. Jeff tells 8CN that JMM would have only been given the victory if he would have knocked Pacquiao out.
Mayweather also tells 8CN that he is about to travel to Japan with his fighter Celestino Caballero who will take on Satashi Hosono on Dec 31st.
Jeff also talks about the passing of Joe Frazier. Jeff’s nephew Floyd Jr reached out and paid for the funeral costs for the Frazier family. This was a class act thing to do and for as many times the media beats Floyd up, it’s also important to point out what Floyd does that’s good. This is one of those times. Props to Floyd for stepping up and doing something good that will ease some of the suffering that the Frazier family is going through.
