Citing “a couple of small delays,” a spokesman for Los Angeles-based Golden Boy Promotions said the company was not able to formally announce the Marco Antonio Barrera-Manny Pacquiao fight as planned Thursday. Lester Bedford, site coordinator for the Nov. 15 bout at the Alamodome that also features “Jesse” James Leija on the undercard, said the attorneys for cable network HBO, which is televising the fights, needed more time to approve the final contracts.
