Seasoned boxers Jean Pascal and Timothy Bradley both believe that Manny Pacquiao would secure a knockout victory over Juan Manuel Marquez.
?I think that at this point, Pacquiao is too big and too strong for Marquez, so I have no choice but to go all the way with Pacquiao this time,? Pascal, 29, a former World Boxing Council light heavyweight champion, told radio boxing program On the Ropes recently.
For his part, the 29-year-old Bradley (27-0 with 11 knockouts) predicted that Pacquiao (54-3-2 card with 38 KOs) would stop Marquez in the later rounds ? most likely in eight and ninth rounds.
?I think Manny Pacquiao?s going to stop him. Probably in the ninth or eight he?s [Marquez] already done,? Bradley told boxingscene.com on Saturday.
When asked if Marquez has any chance of knocking down Pacquiao, Bradley replied: ?No he won?t put Manny down.?
Bradley, who, like Pacquiao is also managed by Bob Arum?s Top Rank promotion, said he is very happy to fight in one of the supporting bouts of the Pacquiao-Marquez match. Bradley though reiterated his desire to fight Pacquiao in the future.
