Moments ago in Los Angeles, WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao was spotted ringside at the Staples Center taking in some of the action from the Bernard Hopkins-Chad Dawson undercard.
Pacquiao is at the event to show support to his stable mate Jorge Linares, who trained alongside him in the Philippines as well as the nearby Wild Card Boxing Club. In a short time, Linares will challenge Antonio DeMarco for the vacant WBC lightweight title.
Pacquiao is in the area preparing for a November 12th bout of his own against Juan Manuel Marquez in Las Vegas. The Filipino icon is said to be having a great camp and seems to be in tremendous spirits.
