The tight lipped VisionQwest rarely responds to the reports that something is amiss in the Pacquiao financial world, so even this little tidbit is a revelation.

Why anyone would interfere with Manny Pacquiao getting his financial house in order is beyond the scope of belief unless there is an underlying problem that some entity wishes to remain untouched or they feel is beyond the scope of VisionQwest?s assignment.
