When Mike Tyson makes a telephone call to make a restaurant reservation, he almost always lands a great seat in a private area. But when he shows up for dinner, things change.
When the restaurant owners find out that the Mike Tyson who shows up for dinner is a male nurse form Zeeland, Mich., and not the Hall of Fame boxer, they scramble to take away the VIP seat and put his party at a regular table.
It?s part of the cost of an average person sharing a name with a famous person.
Tyson, the former heavyweight champion, will appear on the CBS television show, ?Same Name,? which places a celebrity with the same name as an average person into the average person?s job. The boxer takes over the Michigander?s job as a male nurse at a clinic that treats low-income people. The show will air on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
