LORENZO Villanueva made his fight against crafty Indonesian Eddy Camaro last Saturday night at the Hoops Dome in Lapu-Lapu City look easy.
It only took the 25-year-old unbeaten knockout artist a single round to dispose of Camaro, after landing a vicious left hook to the head. Camaro is the same fighter that gave promising lightweight prospect Jason Pagara a difficult fight last year.

ALA Promotions president Michael Aldeguer was impressed by what he saw in Villanueva.
The young Cebuano promoter will upgrade Villanueva?s opposition by a notch in his next fight, by pitting him against a Hispanic boxer.
?We will get him a tougher foe in the next fight and see what level he is at,? Aldeguer told Sun.Star Cebu. ?Most probably (a Hispanic fighter) because he has nothing to prove against Asian fighters.?
Thuderbolt
Villanueva, nicknamed ?Thunderbolt,? has been demolishing Asian fighters.
In his last two fight, against Indonesians Camaro and James Mokoginta, both didn?t last the distance. He has also beaten the likes of up-and-coming Filipino prospects Balweg Bangoyan, a former world title challenger, and Eric Canoy, the former World Boxing Organization (WBO) Oriental featherweight champion.Villanueva has an impressive, unblemished resume at 21-0, with 20 knockouts. He is the current WBO Oriental featherweight titleholder and is ranked sixth in the WBO.
?Villanueva really has the power and is a force to reckon with, but he still needs more time to improve.?
