With approximately one minute left in his tune-up fight against Likar Ramos, lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez sent a violent message to arch-rival Manny Pacquiao.
Delivering a violent straight right-hand, Marquez disposed of Ramos – sending him to the canvas for a knock-out that kept the Colombian motionless for several minutes.
One punch, that will remind Manny Pacquiao that Marquez, though never having defeated the Filipino in two previous bouts, must be respected. In their first two meetings Marquez survived 24 rounds of hell in route to a split-decision defeat and draw.

Of course, Likar is not to be confused with Pacquiao – the pound for pound king of boxing, but I am sure Marquez’s powerful display caught Manny’s eye.
Pacquiao and Marquez will lock horns for a third time on November 12, 2011 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
