On Saturday night Showtime televised an extra segment of Pacquiao-Mosley: Fight Camp 360 prior to the Carl Froch-Glen Johnson Super Six semi-final showdown in Atlantic City. While the Pacquiao-Mosley fight was a forgettable event and is now almost a month in our rear view, it was interesting looking back at the developments taking place the day before and the day of the fight itself in Las Vegas.
The most telling moment of the 15-minute fifth episode was in between rounds ten and eleven of the fight as a visibly dejected Mosley pleaded with his trainer Naazim Richardson to stop the fight as he was unable to maneuver because of a blister on his foot. Richardson wouldn’t hear any of it, however, as he urged Mosley on and saw Shane finish the final rounds before losing a wide unanimous decision.

Other highlights during the final episode included Mosley’s girlfriend Bella Gonzalez screaming, in Spanish, to her man in between rounds and stating that Pacquiao was making him look like ‘a bitch’ as well as some key sound bytes from Richardson, Freddie Roach, Bob Arum, and others.
Pacquiao is slated for a November 12th ring return against rival Juan Manuel Marquez at the MGM Grand while Mosley’s future seems uncertain after his third lackluster outing in a row.
