Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Secretary Ricky Carandang answered in the negative when asked whether Mr. Aquino would have a chance to catch the Pacquiao-Mosley fight.
?He?s attending the Asean retreat,? Carandang said.
Carandang expressed Mr. Aquino and Malaca?ang?s support for Pacquiao.

Carandang is part of President Aquino?s official delegation to the 18th Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit.
