Moments ago inside of the MGM Grand Garden Arena, WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao and challenger and former-five time champion ‘Sugar’ Shane Mosley both weighed in for their clash tomorrow night. Mosley was right on the button at 147 pounds, looking extremely cut and in tremendous shape, especially considering his 39 years of age.
Not to be outdone, Pacquiao would take to the scale moments later and he too looks to be in excellent condition. The General Santos City, Philippines fighter looks to be very strong and from all reports he has taken Mosley very seriously while having an outstanding camp. For his previous fights Pacquiao weighed in at 144 1/2 pounds against Antonio Margarito, 145 3/4 against Joshua Clottey and 145 pounds for his November 2009 challenge of Miguel Cotto.

People estimated that over 6,000 people attended the weigh-in and such boxing luminaries as Amir Khan, Robert Duran, Miguel Cotto, Zab Judah, the Tecate Girls, Antonio Tarver, Marco Antonio Barrera and several others were in the house. Pacquiao is a heavy favorite to successfully defend his title tomorrow night but Mosley figures to make things lively.
