Manila, PI-Having blocked over 3,500 Filipinos from posting comments here at www.RingTalk.com has become a huge problem. I’m not saying that other “ethnic” groups are not guilty of acting foolish, just not in the magnitude that the Filipino people are. These posts that I have to delete, they make like the entire country is full of foul-mouthed uneducated low-lifes and punks! Look, Manny Pacquiao is a great fighter.
