If you haven’t heard by now, May 7th is the day Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley get inside the Boxing Ring together. Both sides have promised to knock the other out.
To me, what adds to the excitement is that neither side deserves to be counted out in this fight. I know most are expecting Pacquiao to win, and in that case I am one of those… but can I count out Mosley? Hell No!
Mosley is really gifted, still has speed and accuracy and has more than decent power. Not to forget, if Pacquiao brings anything less than his “A-Game”, Mosley could easily capitalize.
When Pacquiao lost to Erik Morales, his feet had blisters and bled badly. The shoes Pacquiao used in the fight had been his down fall. To make a long story short, Pacquiao would never use those kind of shoes again and would go on to avenge his loss to Morales. My point for even bringing this up is simple…. in boxing any assortment of things can usher a boxer into having a bad night… even a great one like Pacman.
Both fighters will bring the best to the ring and I expect fireworks in this one.
