Eight division king, Manny Pacquiao, has a May 7, Showtime pay per view televised Top Rank Promotions bout during which he will defend his WBO welterweight (147 pounds) belt agaiinst three-division, five-time titlist Shane Mosley.
The 32-year-old Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 knockouts) is facing a man in the 39-year-old Mosley (46-6-1, 39 KOs) who is coming off of May’s lopsided, unanimous decision loss to six-time titlist Floyd Mayweather (41-0, 25 KOs), with whom negotiations for a mega bout with Pacquiao have twice failed.
