The 2011 boxing schedule is taking shape and, as always, Top Rank is busy setting up some notable events for their stable of star fighters, prospects and contenders. While the city of Las Vegas suffered from a sparse year outside of three excellent cards between November and December, those in the Valley can take comfort in knowing that some big events seem to be coming out West. From the return of Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto to the city, the enticing Nonito Donaire-Fernando Montiel clash, as well as another showcase featuring lightweight hopeful Brandon Rios at the Palms Casino, there will be plenty of action for Nevada to take in during a crucial three-month span.
