In a private wedding at the classy Baguio Manor Hotel in Baguio City, Congressman Manny Pacquiao acted as the “father of the bride” and gave away the beautiful Hawaiian-born Filipina, Racquel Batimana.
Racquel, a resident of Los Angeles, California, is a physical therapist by profession.
Among Koncz’s guests were Pacquiao?s wife Jinkee, boxing promoter Bob Arum, Arum?s daughter Dena Duboef, and Ilocos Sur Gov. Luis “Chavit” Singson. And Singson was one of the primary sponsors of the wedding.
