Amir Khan is the type of fighter who seems to be either loved or loathed but at the end of the day you have to give the England fighter some credit. He was left for dead following a shocking knockout loss to Breidis Prescott in September of 2008 with people questioning his chin and his future in the sport. It was the type of crushing defeat that would have derailed several upstarts in the game but fast forward over two years later and Khan?s career stock is as high as ever.
Part of Khan?s rejuvenation has to do with teaming up with Freddie Roach but at the end of the day it is his confidence that has carried the 23-year old fighter through everything. Embarrassed after the Prescott debacle, Khan has found a way to rebuild his career and get his swagger back while never being short on trash talk as of late.
