The favorite tattoo for the world’s best pound-for-pound fighter is a meteor placed on the forearm, and apparently he’s pressuring everyone in his inner circle to man up and get the skin ink.
Those who have gone along include a training assistant, his chief of security in Manila and even a mayor in the Philippines.
But Pacquiao was rebuffed by one of his managers, Joe Ramos, even when the boxer offered him $20,000 to get it done.
According to ESPN.com, Ramos got off the hook only after his wife got on the phone and pleaded for an exemption.
