International Boxing Federation junior featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao and his business manager Rod Nazario have signed a contract for the Filipino champion to fight featherweight Marco Antonio Barrera, on Nov. 15, despite the fact that no site has been named and there are other problems that need to be resolved.
Pacquiao will receive a purse of $350,000 plus Philippine television rights
