The British Boxing Board of Control has fined former light welterweight champion Ricky Hatton $31,000 but allowed him to keep his license to promote boxing events after photos of Hatton allegedly using cocaine appeared in a British tabloid. ?The Hitman? did have his boxing license revoked by the same panel for ?behavior detrimental to the interests of boxing and to the public interest.?
