Rising Philadelphia welterweight (147 pounds) Mike Jones (22-0, 18 knockouts), who is affiliated with Top Rank Promotions, is being considered as an opponent for Jesus Soto Karass (24-4-3, 16 KOs) on the under card of the Nov. 13 bout between WBO welterweight (147 pounds) king Manny Pacquiao and ex-champ Antonio Margarito at the Dallas Cowboys’ Stadium.
