Boxing trainer Hoss works with such boxers as David Rodela and Victor Ortiz, and has been in the opposite corner of many sparring sessions when his fighters faced WBO welterweight (147 pounds) champ Manny Pacquiao, WBA junior welterweight (140 pounds) king Amir Khan, and former world titlist Shane Mosley.
Hoss broke down the Pacquiao-Margarito fight. Khan, Ortiz and Mosley are promoted by Golden Boy Promotions, and Pacquiao, by Top Rank Promotions.
