Real life issues and hilarious moments of rising model Jinkee with Congressman Manny Pacquiao

NON-EXCLUSIVE BRIEF NOTES by Filipino Celebrity Headlines Examiner, HOLLYWOOD, California – “Behind every man’s success is a woman,” the old maxim states.

If such is still relevant in today’s world, Maria Geraldine “Jinkee” Jamora Pacquiao should top the list.

Even Michael Canja, a fan of Superstar Manny Pacquiao and a Manila-based graphic arts student, says “Jinky is doing the right way”. For one thing, Jinkee has outlasted the trend of popularity that launched her husband’s career in boxing to the field of film and entertainment, to become a bastion of sophisticated success in the real world. If controversy over World Cup ball won?t die, so much so in the celebrity circle. Nothing is close to showbiz than just gossips and intrigues. In essence, though, Manny has become a long dialogue between ladies on jazz-blues monologues on love and those harboring the living truth of a wife. But, Jinkie is the imprint of Manny’s heart. What Jinkie is at this time is simply a kind of honorable seduction a grown woman should feel.

But, what is interesting about Jinkee is the unwavering respect and admiration she has to her husband.

“I am proud of him,” says Jinkee, “I cannot perceive it well that he could reach this far…that he is already very popular not only in the Philippines but also all over the world.”

“We always talk to each other that we should not afloat in our heads our popularity, in that we should still be ‘down-to-earth’, not bragging,” Jinkee adds.

For Jinkee, her life finds its crescendo from the public eye, that magical realm of unlocking her husband’s attraction: her husband’s love toward people from all walks of life.

“We have less privacy because a lot of people want to be friends with us,” Jinkee asserts. “Many offer us something.”

But, when it comes to family attention, Jinkee rather wants to have less public exposure, to rest and to have more time with their kids. Still, friends and more acquaintances continue to flock around by hundreds at times.

Jinkee admits her husband does not like her to be in showbiz.

“Before somebody offered to make me become an actress,” Jinkee smiles. “But, my husband says ‘if you want to be an actress, then let us sign now…sign a paper for separation or divorce.”

Manny is quoted as saying , “Don’t come home! Let us separate. I don’t want you to become an acress.” Jinkee chuckles.

Jinkee and Manny’s marital life is not one without tremendous pressure. Just like almost everyone, theirs has been blasted with intrigues and unwarranted gossips.

During the early days of their marriage, Jinkee’s morning mist was met with a mission to find somebody who could lend her money for their subsistence. For her, it was hard because she had to borrow money from people even at a high interest in return. Lenders pressured her even more the moment she failed to pay her dues.

Jinkee did her best and kept her feet on the ground. She married Manny during the latter’s financial depravity wherein she stayed under one roof with her mother-in-law, now popularly known as ‘Mommy D’, referring to Mommy Donesia, now an actress, as everyone in the neighborhood, in the showbiz and fans fondly call her.

Asked if she got along with her mother-in-law, Jinkee takes a defensive stand of Mommy D’s disposition saying: “Before… she was tough. I used to be scared of her. But now we are good vibes.”

“I understand her very well. She did not want Manny to get married. Manny was still 20 at that time. She must have felt that if Manny married that early, they might be neglected.” Despite the circumstance, the blooming nineteen married the boxer, now the greatest fighter of the decade and the congressman-elect of the lone district of Sarangani, Philippines.

Jinkee always, nevertheless, wishes ‘good health’ for Mommy D and says she is always there for her mother-in-law for whatever she needs.

Meanwhile, just like any woman, Jinkee has one wish. Her greatest gift from Manny as much she needs it, saying: “I just want his love and faithfulness and to be her only one…no one else…no No. 2, no No.3.” Jinkee charms up with a hearty laugh.

Jinkee went ahead and explored more about Manny’s formidable foray into politics.

“Before, I really do not want him to get into politics and I just wanted to have a quiet life after his life in boxing and I just wanted to have a business,” Jinkee notes. “I know politics is dirty and he’ll be busy.”

“But, when he said he wants it, I said ‘okay’,” says Jinkee as she finds it not best to be opposing to what Manny wants.

Jinkee, whose popularity rises to the top list among the neophytes of advertising endorsers, wants to be sexy again as she embraces the beauty procedures of Belo Medical Group.

“It’s all for Manny. And because he is popular, it’s needed that I should look good as well,” she smiles.
