After weeks of negotiation on the purse and contract weight, IBF 122-pound titlist Manny Pacquiao through his representative Rod Nazario, reportedly has finally agreed to meet world featherweight champ Marco Antonio Barrera in a 10-round non-title bout on Nov. 15 in Las Vegas for a whooping $450,000.
