Apr 25, 2010 – The Boxing Truth Radio was back following the excellent night of action that took place on Showtime and HBO involving Carl Froch vs. Mikkel Kessler, Chris Arreola vs. Tomasz Adamek, and Alfredo Angulo vs. Joel Julio.
It was a weekend to remember for most boxing fans as we’ve been privy to a “Fight of the Year” candidate in the dramatic slugest that was Froch-Kessler. The HBO double-header played out as many had anticipated providing plenty of fireworks for the course of the broadcast.
Kicking off the show, long-time HBO boxing commentator, Larry Merchant joined the duo of Ricardo Lois and John Chavez to discuss the sweet science, the implications of Mayweather-Mosley, and the grandioso claims of the “Pretty Boy”.
Numerous callers from across the globe chimed in with The Boxing Truth Radio giving their opinions on the aftermath of this weekend’s fights in addition to the much anticipated Mayweather-Mosley bout.
