I hope any and all last -minute smart aleck remarks have already been used up and there are no more titles Edwin Valero may be eligible for in his troubled – life turned terribly wrong for whatever reason.
The cowardly murder (stabbing) of his young wife, who had privately already suffered enough is ultimately the final straw in the senseless drama that is Edwin Valero.
Whether it be the drugs, alcohol, or other internal demons that ultimately set Valero off, his wife (Yennifer Carolina) and two young children (reportedly uninjured) ultimately paid and will pay the price.
When and while he was of value to others, Valero was of importance. Today he’s an after thought as all must agree his life as a free man is finally over.
Valero turned himself in and confessed this Sunday morning to security downstairs at a hotel in Valencia, the third largest city in this country of Venezuela. His wife’s remains remain upstairs in their room pending investigation.
Valero sees his professional boxing career seemingly come to an end at age 28, with a record of 27-0, (27 KO’s).
