International Boxing Federation junior featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao is eager to fight featherweight king Marco Antonio Barrera but has refused an offer of $400,000 made by promoter Murad Muhammad saying it was too little.
Pacquiao spoke to his business manager Rod Nazario via overseas telephone Monday and told him that he would not settle for anything less than $500,000 plus Philippine TV rights.
