“A dream come true,” was International Boxing Federation junior featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao’s initial reaction when informed that he would battle “The People’s Champion,” featherweight Marco Antonio Barrera on Nov. 15.
Both Pacquiao and Barrera have said they want the fight while HBO has indicated this may well be the biggest fight of the decade between two colorful fighters with devastating punching power.
