During one of our conversations with Bob Arum today, we were informed that there’s an “internet report” out there with De La Hoya “being disgusted with Antonio Margarito.” Robert Morales of Boxingscene.com printed this story, and in response to De La Hoya’s disgust over Margarito’s likely reinstatement, Arum had this to say. “If Oscar De La Hoya spent the same he energy he spends bad mouthing Antonio Margarito on promoting Shane Mosley, Mosley would have fought by now.” Arum also challenged De La Hoya to sign the PED Waiver suggested by Thomas Hauser. “Let him sign the waiver so people can see he has nothing to hide,” said Arum.
