I’m picking Juan Manual Marquez to upset the apple cart and a potential super fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Jr. by defeating Mayweather himself Saturday night.
It’s just a feeling. Yes, I picked Michael Spinks to beat Mike Tyson on network TV. But I also picked Hasim Rahman to beat Lennox Lewis in their first fight and a few other gems along the way.
This has nothing to do with steroids, or hating their promoters or anything else. I’m just picking Juan Manual Marquez to be standing tall at the end.
This will be a great fight. Expectations are so low for these two counter punchers because of rival promoters and negative media willing to please said promoters.
Expectations are so low for this fight that you might want to snooze through it. However, this fight could explode with great action at the opponing bell and sustain it for 12 rounds.
