Nazario. I?m told Nazario was said to have already left for the Philippines, but in actuality I’m told the slippery Nazario had remained in the States two more days.
WHY NOT PRODUCE THE ORIGINALS, IF THEY EXIST?
Upon his return to the Philippines, Nazario produced Xerox copies of checks that were said to be ones sent to the IRS for Pacquiao?s tax years 2001, 2002, & 2003. These documents, although purported to be legitimate, they are not what I would be producing if I were Nazario and trying to clear my name. You see, they are the front of the checks and not the back where the endorsements are. This only furthers my suspicions that Rod Nazario is not being forthright here.

Rod Nazario is saying the ?original? checks, the ones containing the endorsements, that they are in San Francisco with his son Boying Nazario. And yet when this group that included Pacquiao, when they came to San Francisco looking for the checks, Boying said they were with his father in the Philippines.
