Michael Bisping, Britain’s leading mixed martial artist, has come out in praise of Manny Pacquiao, highly impressed by the way he dealt with Ricky Hatton in May in Las Vegas.
“I haven’t seen as much of Pacquiao as I would like to, but he is a brilliant fighter,” said Bisping, who fights Dan Henderson at UFC 100 this weekend.
I asked him if a boxer Manny Pacquiao overhaul UFC fighter Lyoto Machida in the ESPYS awards ? Like the judging in both sports, he agrees it is a subjective affair.

While we were on the subject of Machida, he also recalled calling out the Brazilian after UFC 70, and before he moved down to middleweight.
