After arriving in Sin City on Thursday for what is surely to be considered ?Spectacle of the Year? in the Manny Pacquiao-Ricky Hatton extravaganza, I took my degenerate gambling ass over to the MGM Grand sportsbook to check on the odds.
At that time on Thursday, the Hatton contingent had yet to make it?s presence felt in the casino and more specifically with the betting odds.
Hatton was listed as a significant underdog at +230 and the Over/Under for 9.5 rounds was +125 for the under play.
As of this very moment, the Over/Under is -110 for both sides meaning that a huge sum of money has flooded in on the under play to move the line over thirty points this close to fight time.
