A MANNY Pacquiao-Marco Antonio Barrera rematch is not a done deal.
This is because there was no clause for a rematch in the contract signed by Pacquiao and Barrera for their 12-round clash last Sunday, according to Oscar De La Hoya, known as boxing’s Golden Boy, during a post-fight press conference.
De La Hoya, who owns Golden Boy Enterprises which promotes Barrera’s fights, accompanied the Mexican boxer in the conference held minutes after Pacquiao stopped the world’s best featherweight in the 11th round of their 12-round non-title clash at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
