MANILA , Philippines ? Reigning world flyweight champion Nonito Donaire Jr. arrived Monday noon at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2.
In an interview on dzBB, Donaire said he returned to the country to join world lightweight champion Manny Pacquiao celebrate his 30th birthday on December 17.
Donaire added that he will stay in the country to prepare for an upcoming match in March. He will train under Gerry Pe?alosa, the reigning world bantamweight champion.
