SAN ANTONIO, Texas?When word came out a couple of months ago that Marco Antonio Barrera would be staking his reputation against Manny Pacquiao, there were only two persons inside Team Pacquiao who were willing to put everything on the line.
They were business manager Rod Nazario and Freddie Roach.
?I was told by many that I was crazy when I decided to pit Manny against Barrera,? Nazario told The Bulletin at the Radisson Hotel late Saturday.
?I knew Barrera?s tough, but I always knew Manny had the power and the determination to bring down a legend like Marco Antonio Barrera,? said Nazario.
