MANNY Pacquiao of the Philippines and Oscar De La Hoya of Mexico ended at Los Angeles Tuesday their six-city press tour promoting their much-awaited December 6 showdown in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The final stop took place at the famous Whittier Blvd. Arch in Los Angeles where De La Hoya grew up. Both De La Hoya and Pacquiao received a warm welcome in LA just like in their previous stops.
The promotional tour of the card dubbed “Dream Match” also took Pacquiao and De La Hoya to New York, Chicago, Houston, San Antonio and San Francisco.
Pacquiao, the current World Boxing Council (WBC) lightweight champion, will climb at 147 pounds to fight De La hoya in what is called the fight of the decade.
