No less than Games and Amusements Board Chairman Eduardo Villanueva has expressed optimism that Filipino ring hero Manny Pacquiao will pull off the biggest upset win in Philippine boxing history today against Mexican Marco Antonio Barrera, who is widely regarded as the best featherweight today.
Villanueva, in a long-distance call to Secondsout.com yesterday, indicated that Pacquiao “seemed upbeat in the days leading up to the fight, and looked very confident yesterday.”
