IBF king Darchinyan wants to knock out Mijares, Donaire

IBF superfly champ Vic Darchinyan has indicated he wants to knock out Mexican Cristian Mijares, then go after his tormentor Nonito Donaire Jr.

Lou DiBella, who co-promotes Mijares with Mexico’s Nacho Huizar, and Darchinyan’s promoter Gary Shaw have indicated that the fighters are set to face each other in November, although a date has yet to be found.

If Showtime can?t find a date, Mijares (36-3-2, 15 KOs) is looking to defend his belts on November 29 in Mexico, possibly against Puerto Rico’s Jose ?Carita? Lopez (37-7-2, 31 KOs).
