Ferocious Stevie Forbes Comes Out Bullets & Gunsmoke:

Stevie ?Two Pounds? Forbes put 10 pounds of bluster in a five pound bag during his Boxingconfidential.com Radio appearance Monday night. Forbes, who was more than competitive in losing to legend Oscar de la Hoya, took verbal shots at both Manny Pacquiao and unbeaten WBC welterweight champion Andre Berto.

The free-speaking Forbes told co-hosts Ricardo Lois and John Chavez that Pacman is putting his health in real danger if he fights Legend Oscar on Dec. 6.

?I think it?s a dangerous fight for Manny, I really do,? Forbes said. ?I am still not convinced that Manny Pacquiao can really beat Juan Manuel Marquez. Manny got hit so much by Juan Manuel and there is no doubt that Oscar will hit Manny and hit him often. When Oscar hits Manny, he will hurt Manny.

?Manny gets hit at 135 pounds but Oscar is so much bigger,? Forbes said. ?I think it?s risky business for Manny. Put aside all the hype, this is risky business for Manny.?

Forbes is busy in Vegas, prepping for his shot at Berto at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Ca., underneath the warmed over Shane Mosley-Ricardo Mayorga HBO main event.

To hear Forbes tell it, Berto has belt but not true championship stature.

?No way Berto is at the level of Oscar,? Forbes said. ?What Berto is?he?s a talented kid who has a championship belt.

?That?s just how I look at him.?
