FOUR-division world champion Manny Pacquiao says he believes Freddie Roach when the trainer said Oscar ?Golden Boy? dela Hoya is beatable.
Pacquiao, who won his fourth world title belt last June against David Diaz, is being considered to face dela Hoya in his farewell fight later this year.
?I believe Freddie when he said I can beat De La Hoya. Freddie once trained De La Hoya so he knows the strengths and weaknesses of De La Hoya,? said the 29-year-old Gen. Santos fighter.
Pacquiao (47-3-2, 35 KOs) added he felt honored being considered to face a champion like dela Hoya (39-5, 30 KOs)

Meanwhile, dela Hoya, who owns Golden Boy Promotions is confident ALA Boy AJ ?Bazooka? Banal will recover after his first defeat and is planning to visit Cebu to catch Rey Bautista in action.
Dela Hoya said in a report at Philboxing.com he believes Banal will still become a world champion because he works very hard and he battles for his fans.
The legendary de la Hoya is also planning to fly to Cebu for the Aug. 30 fight card featuring Bautista (25-1, 18 KOs) against Mexican Eden Marquez (16-3-3, 12 KOs) for the World Boxing Organization Intercontinental bantamweight crown.
The main event of that fight will have WBO minimumweight titleholder Donnie ?Ahas? Nietes (22-1-3, 13 KOs) against Eddy Castro (12-3-1, 9 KOs) for his first world title defense.
