¨Canelo¨ Alvarez to train in Spain to adapt to the time difference

Mexican boxing superstar Saúl "Canelo" Álvarez continues training for his fight against Frenchman Christian Mbilli on October 31st in Riyadh for the WBC super middleweight world championship at the mega-card called "Mexico vs. the World."

It has been learned that Álvarez will move his training to Gandia, Spain for about eight weeks before traveling to Saudi Arabia a week before the fight.

"Canelo" reportedly made this decision due to the significant jet lag he experienced during his past fights in Saudi Arabia and seeks to use this time as an important adaptation process.

There is also a possibility that "Canelo" will train with Ukrainian heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk, who is reportedly holding a training camp in Spain.

Canelo will make his highly anticipated return in Riyadh, and he hopes his decision will help him cope with the impact of the time difference, as the Alvarez-Mbilli fight is scheduled for Riyadh nighttime, around 4:00 PM Central Time in Mexico.
