KORONADAL CITY – Newly crowned World Boxing Lightweight champion Manny Pacquiao will be greeted with arrival honors at the General Santos City international airport.
His hometown is now preparing the ceremony with the preparations being spearheaded by Mayor Pedro Acharon Jr.
Acharon said he already instructed all his men to prepare a grand hero’s welcome for Pacquiao when he returns home from his triumphant fight against Mexican boxer David Diaz in Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada last Sunday.
