Champions celebrate with other champions. So it is with Manny Pacquiao, ring king, and my Boston Celtics, court kings, who whooped it up in Las Vegas after Pacman put an old fashioned ass whooping on David Diaz. The fight was so one-sided it reminded me of the final game against the LA Fakers.
No Kobe steak for you, purple and gold guys. I am only surprised the super hero Celtics did not rescue Billy The Goat. I bet Danny Ainge could find some use for Billy, maybe to fill in for Leon Powe once in a while.
Former Lakers fan Pacman is genuinely thrilled as his hero KG, Kevin Garnett along with Sam Casell, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and Rojan Rondo from this year’s NBA title team visit his dressing room at Mandalay Bay.
If any video will make colleague and Laker diehard Ricardo Lois, this is it!
